By accessing or using the KazStays platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

KazStays reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by KazStays.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and a written confirmation from KazStays.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.

The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with property rules and these terms.

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Full payment or the required advance must be made within 24 hours of booking confirmation to secure your reservation.

KazStays accepts payment via UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

Payments are processed securely. KazStays does not store card details.

Pets are strictly not allowed on the property.

Hookah, smoking substances, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Unmarried couples are not allowed.

Meals must be opted for at least once during the stay (mandatory).

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and respect the property.

Loud music or disturbance beyond permitted hours is not allowed.

Any damage to property will be chargeable.

Valid ID proof is required for all guests at the time of check-in.

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

KazStays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings during a stay.

KazStays is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.

All content on the KazStays website, including images, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of KazStays and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
